Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original designer tags and security seals remain intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
